Creating content focused on developing a GROWTH MINDSET, building EMPATHY, taking ACTION and accepting RESPONSIBILITY, GEARup2LEAD aims at helping both youth and adults reach their fullest potential as leaders so we may all experience positive change.
Aside from creating content and providing training, GEARup2LEAD continues to partner with schools, universities, organizations and businesses to help them build heroic cultures.
